Finding yourself and knowing what you want in order to discover and take up your dream job among the many possibilities.

On Monday and Tuesday, 12 and 13 October, we took part for the 4th time in the vocational orientation project "Komm auf Tour - Meine Stärken, Meine Zukunft" in the district of Zwickau. The Muldentalhalle in Wilkau-Haßlau offers pupils of the 7th and 8th grades of secondary and special schools as well as grammar schools several days of playful offers for career orientation. At the centre of "Komm auf Tour" is a large adventure course with various play stations, which motivates young people to deal with their career and life planning in an entertaining and informal way.

On the way to the finding phase we were at the pupils' side as "travelling companions". At the end of the course there is a final discussion in which the strengths are evaluated. As a regionally based company, this is the ideal meeting place for us to get into conversation with the pupils and present the wide range of activities at Spandauer Velours and to get some of them excited about us.
