Justin

Justin already knew during his time at school that he wanted to train as a warehouse logistics specialist, but he was still looking for a training company.

Through his uncle, who had worked at Spandauer Velours for 30 years, Justin helped us set up a trade fair stand, which allowed us to establish initial points of contact.

He then completed a trial week with us and spent a day looking at each department. This was followed by a 3-week internship and in August 2018 he finally received his training contract. Three years later, we took Justin on as a permanent team member in our yarn warehouse in 2021.

There he receives the raw yarn from the suppliers and stores it. In response to internal orders, he takes the yarns from the shelves and delivers them directly to the required machine. In the meantime, Justin has been able to develop within the company and, in addition to his role as a warehouse employee, has also been working as deputy manager of the yarn warehouse since summer 2022.

Justin particularly appreciates his regular working hours in the yarn warehouse. He gets on very well with his team and still enjoys his work – so we can only say that he did everything right and chose the right training.
