Sophie Koschkar | Employee for sales

Since 1st of September 2017 I support Spandauer Velours as an employee for sales. In field of sales force, I take care of the sale of our contract textiles as well as the maintenance of customer relations and customer satisfaction in the company. Furthermore, I prepare for trade fair presences and take part personally in it. This varied work gives me great pleasure. I appreciate the direct feedback and contact with our customers, so it’s easy for me to respond with empathy the customer requirements and enquiries. After my Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Business Administration, I completed my study with a Master degree of Business Administration in Logistics and subsequently grained experience as a product manager. At Spandauer Velours I can now implement my acquired knowledge very well. In my position it is advantageous to have different language skills. This helps to successfully represent international trade fairs. I like the fact that I cannot only develop international customer contact but also get to know different cultures and mentalities. I conduct market analysis and market research on a regular basis in a solution-oriented way and am proud of being able to tap into new markets. This is another task for me in the company.
