Full Engagement at the Job-Seeker Training Session in Hartenstein

At the beginning of the month, we headed to the “Paul Fleming” High School in Hartenstein to help over 60 ninth-grade students get ready for the future.

The morning was absolutely packed: In addition to introducing our company and our apprenticeship programs, we dove right into the nitty-gritty in small groups:

Application Portfolio Review: We took a close look at the students’ documents and gave them immediate feedback.

Application Speed Dating: A real highlight! In short one-on-one conversations, we discussed not only their dream jobs but also how to make the perfect first impression, present themselves well, and strike up the right small talk to break the ice.

The students were extremely well-prepared, very engaged, and bombarded us with questions. The conversations and the energy on site were fantastic.
