Sylke has been with us for over 20 years. As a jig in the weaving mill, she sets up or re-equips the weaving machines when the product range changes. Sylke replaces the corresponding warps and heald frames and thus supports the weavers in their work. She also reads the reed crosses into the warps. With her trained eye and her many years of experience, nothing escapes her attention during quality control. She corrects any faults in the woven fabric in the machine.

Our modern machinery consists of a total of 45 looms. The warp beams from the warping department are hung in the looms. Every single thread is knotted with great sensitivity. From the warp beam, the warp threads run through the loom and the weft thread is shot crosswise - a fabric is created.

Today we would like to introduce you to one of our technical textiles, the cleaning plush 1165. This plush is a high-quality cleaning velour, consisting of special micro-melange fibre yarns with abrasive polyamide bristles for good gliding properties.

The light blue textile, with dark blue stripes running through it, is used in the cleaning industry, for example in fully automatic cleaning systems.
