MAIK IN ACTION

Maik is responsible for joining threads in the warping department. Specifically: As soon as a warp beam roll is used up, he joins the old threads of the outgoing warp precisely with the threads of the new warp.

This requires the utmost precision and ensures that the loom continues to run without any downtime. In this way, Maik guarantees a—literally—seamless transition for our finished textiles—from the first fiber to the last.
