What happens here is at the heart of the preparation process in our weaving mill: the setup.

Before the actual weaving process for our high-quality velour fabrics can begin, meticulous handwork with millimeter precision is required. The setup process demands a great deal of concentration and dexterity to check and thread the warp threads. Every single thread must be precisely in its place so that the fabric will have a flawless, uniform appearance later during weaving.
