We spent a day with Fiona on the job.
She is in the final stages of her three-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and is now familiar with all the processes at Spandauer Velours.

During her time here, Fiona has worked her way through all the key departments—from materials procurement to customer contact in sales and all the way to the numbers in accounting. Her takeaway? Every day brings new, exciting tasks, and that’s exactly what makes the job so varied. You need organizational skills, a knack for communication, and the motivation to actively help shape processes.
