The journey of our yarns begins in the warping room. Here, a delicate touch and a trained eye are needed to ensure that only the best yarn is sent on to the weaving mill.
What happens here? Thousands of individual threads are combined to form what is known as a “thread bundle.”
This is wound onto huge warping beams. This is the basis that later goes into the weaving machine.
Whether simple or complex: without the perfect warp, there can be no perfect fabric!
