
Madlen
Madlen works in our yarn purchasing department and is responsible for customs matters. She is responsible for document creation, daily booking of delivery dates, and ensuring that these are adhered to.
She receives orders and supporting documents from product development and scheduling. Madlen finds it particularly interesting in her day-to-day work to deal with the export of our products, export regulations, and free trade agreements. Since the yarn for our velour is purchased worldwide, Madlen ensures that this and other materials are ordered in good time and are therefore delivered promptly and on time.
The trained retail saleswoman became aware of Spandauer through the employment agency and has been with us since September 2017. She initially worked in shipping, then completed training and further education as a customs specialist, and moved to purchasing at the end of 2021.
What Madlen appreciates about Spandauer Velours is the collegial atmosphere, the opportunity to work independently, and the flexible working hours model with associated flexitime. This makes it easier for her to balance family and career.
