“As a warper at Spandauer Velours, I know exactly how the thread runs, because my tasks are varied and an essential basis for the company. I find myself at the nodal point of the action, so to speak. I love the variety in my everyday work and carry it out with care, sensitivity and reliable work methods. Besides winding several threads onto the various warp beams and knotting new yarns, I am also responsible for operating various warping machines. When observing the winding process to make sure that the yarn is also unwound properly, balance and concentration play a major role. Also qualities that I bring to the job. I have been working for the company for almost 4 years now and have felt very comfortable in the company from the very beginning.  My colleagues affectionately refer to me as a “radiant woman”, because I always keep my smile on my lips and enjoy my work, which is very important in today’s world”.
