“Why do I like working for Spandauer Velours? Because I have been able to face new challenges here for almost eleven years and have been developed personally as well as professionally during this time. Because I didn’t start out in human resources or payroll accounting but as a shipping employee.
Shortly thereafter I was already responsible for customs clearance and finally, two years ago, I was able to get my current position. This was a great sign of confidence for me. I was allowed to attend plenty of trainings and further education. Recently I also obtained my training supervisor certificate. The mentoring of our apprentices and the general handling with our employees means a lot of fun to me and requires also sensitivity and a certain tolerance. Especially I appreciate the respectful, unprejudiced but also helpful interaction with each other.
